We charge £5.00 for delivery within the UK*. We send all items recorded so please ensure there is someone to sign for and accept the items. We will endeavour to send it the day after we receive your order, but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery (14 working days for personalised items). If your order is urgent, for £8 we can send it to be delivered the next working day, as long as you place your order with us by 12 noon.
Orders with a value of over £200 will not incur a delivery charge.

Europe £10 – please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
Rest of the world £15 - please allow up to 14 working days for deliveryFor Gift Vouchers: We charge £2.00 for delivery within the UK. £3.00 for delivery within Europe and £4.00 for the rest of the world.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchases you can return them to us for a refund or exchange providing they are unused and in re-saleable condition. Unfortunately we are unable to accept return of personalised items. If you wish to return any items purchased online at www.allstarlanesproshop.co.uk, please follow the steps below:1. If you wish to return an item, you must notify your intention to return it, in writing, within 7 working days from the date you received your goods or email us at returns@allstarlanes.co.uk.
2. The item(s) must then be returned within 28 days of when you receive your purchase.
3. Any comments regarding the reason for return are greatly appreciated. The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase by registered post only. All Star Lanes Pro Shop cannot be held responsible for any item returned to us in any other way.

RETURN OF FAULTY, INCORRECT OR SUB-STANDARD PRODUCTS
If the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge. Please return the item(s) following the steps above.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER PRIOR TO DESPATCH
Under the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have a statutory right (exercisable up to and including the seventh working day after the day of delivery), to cancel your order for any reason and receive a full refund.
If you have recently placed an order with us and wish to cancel it, please email us at returns@allstarlanes.co.uk quoting your order reference no, the date the order was placed, your name and postcode. You will receive written confirmation of the cancellation of your order within 2 working days.
